You are entirely responsible for the content that you may place on the Hungaroplant.hu portal. Including, but not limited to, photographs, personal data, conversations, lists, ratings, personal messages – and the consequences of any content. Hungaroplant.hu may monitor and, if necessary, moderate the content provided by users.

In the context of these Terms of Use, illegal or unauthorized activities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Modification, adaptation or reverse engineering of any part of the Hungaroplant.hu Service;
unauthorized access or attempted access to the Hungaroplant.hu computer system;

reformatting or editing any part of the Hungaroplant.hu service web pages;
publishing obtained material;
creating user identities by automated means or by fraudulent schemes;
creating or transmitting unsolicited electronic communications, such as „spam” or chain letters (hoaxes) sent to others, or otherwise interfering with the use of the service,
providing material that misleadingly suggests that it is endorsed or approved by Hungaroplant.hu;
Provide material that infringes, misappropriates or violates any other party’s intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other proprietary rights;
transmit any viruses, worms, bugs, Trojan horses or any other destructive elements (malicious software);
making available material that is illegal or encourages or promotes illegal activities;
providing false or misleading information.

Modification of data at the request of the user

The user can modify these data on the form linked to his/her registration. He can also permanently delete it in the menu that appears after he logs in. In the case of deletion, all the items entered in the system will be deleted. Hungaroplant.hu cannot be held responsible for the accidental deletion of data by the user. Furthermore, if the user does not properly store the username and password required for identification, it may be in the possession of a third party and the third party may misuse it to make changes to the data field associated with the login.

Disclaimer of warranty

Hungaroplant.hu and its owner, affiliates, licensors, partners, suppliers, consultants and agents disclaim any and all liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, operability or availability of the information or materials on Hungaroplant.hu.

You agree that you use the Hungaroplant.hu website solely at your own risk and accept that Hungaroplant.hu shall not be liable for any pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of your use of the Hungaroplant.hu website.

Any dispute arising from the service that cannot be settled amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Central District Court of Pest or the Metropolitan Court of Budapest, depending on the jurisdiction.

The User is obliged to take all reasonable measures to protect his/her personal data, in particular the password necessary for using the services provided by the Service Provider. The User shall be liable for all events and activities that occur through the use of his/her login ID or password.

Indemnification, compensation

You agree to indemnify Hungaroplant.hu against any claim by any third party related to or arising out of your use of the Hungaroplant.hu portal service, including claims of any nature or kind, costs arising out of any claim, deficiency, damages (actual and consequential), suit, judgment, costs of litigation and attorneys’ fees. In such cases, Hungaroplant.hu will notify you in writing of the claim, suit or proceeding.

International use

Due to the global nature of the Internet, you agree to abide by all local rules regarding user conduct and acceptable content on the Internet. You acknowledge that all personal data, information and user-generated content is controlled, processed and stored in Hungary, in the European Union.
