What’s the purpose of garden planning?

1. There is no such thing as a great garden without planning, just like there is no property investment without planning.
2. The definition of “Three Unities”  also applies to gardens: Planning – implementation – maintenance; these are inseparable from each other, their order cannot be changed and they cannot be separated from each other.
3. Costs that you can plan on having: The expert can provide you with a precise price offer based on the bill of quantities and the plant list, which you can refer to throughout the implementation and the handover.
4. The work can start right after receiving the plan, as the instructions and the way of doing it is already described and can help you avoid spontaneity and extra efforts, which can lead to unexpected trouble.
5.  The plan that has been consulted with you contains your objectives paired with the planner’s expertise.
6. You can save a lot of costs with great planning: You can avoid potential mistakes, such as when later the grown plants put other spaces into shade or block the way with their grown branches.
7. When garden features are placed in unideal ways they can get damaged and can grow or develop odd characteristics, which could give you a headache.
8. You can always reconsider and rework the planning if it takes place well in advance before implementation (3-4 months).
